General Instructions:
Site operates just like any other WordPress site. Add your post. Tag the post to one or more categories. Add image to “Feature Image” will put the image on the cover.
Category Tagging:
Categories: Bellaire News and West U News are used to determine the posts that will appear on the front page.
New Categories are:
Government
Public Safety
Real Estate
Business
Sports
Community/People
Wired to Nature
Front Page Slider:
Category Slider will take the “Featured Image” from the post and add to the front page slider display. The size for the slider image is 750px x 350px. Images that do not follow these dimensions exactly will be cropped (if larger) or enlarged proportionally (if smaller)
