Area youth and college coaches along with professional soccer players Geoff Cameron, Mike Chabala, Dario Sala and others will be working together in December to help KICK childhood cancers.
On Dec.17, 18 and 19 kids from across Houston will be able to attend Fiesta’s Kicks’ Cancer Soccer Camp, a three day soccer camp offered at four locations. Sessions include technique work, specific topics and game playing in a fast-moving, active environment.
The camp will be held at Houston Baptist University, 7502 Fondren Road; Dyess Park, 16822 Kitzman Rd, Cypress, Texas; Centennial Park, 2200 South Friendswood Drive, Friendswood, Texas; and Woodlands Facility, Bear Branch Soccer Complex, 5200 Research Forest Drive.
The cost to attend the soccer camp is $55 per child (ages 7-18) and $25 for the Soccer Tots camp (ages 2-6).
All proceeds benefit Nick’s Team a 501-C3 Charity which supports research at Texas Children’s Cancer Center. Nick’s Team operated through the Curing Children’s Cancer Fund.
