Crescent Circus

The West University Place Parks and Recreation Department is gearing up for its popular Colonial Park Pavilion All Outdoor Event Series and the Easter Spring Festival — all free, family-friendly events throughout the month of April. The three Colonial Park events begin at 7 p.m.

April 1 – The Houston Brass Quintet returns to West U to play classic brass band favorites.

April 8 – The Crescent Circus — a husband-and-wife duo — returns for a wildly interactive performance fusing magic and circus arts.

April 9 — The Easter Spring Festival begins at 9 a.m. at the Recreation Center Fields. Among the activities are bounce houses, a giant slide, mini train rides, activity booths, face painting, selfie stations with giant colored eggs, a magician and the Easter bunny.

April 22 – The Irie Time Caribbean Steel Drum Band will be taking over Colonial Park bringing tropical island vibes to West U.
