Statewide 2-1-1 Line Again Operational

The Statewide 2-1-1 telephone network is one again operational as an informational and referral line.
According to emergency managers, those calling 2-1-1 can get Hurricane Ike –related referral information, including road closures, shelter performance, mental health services, health-related service centers and FEMA procedures.
All Texas residents can now call 2-1-1 for any questions related to the recovery fro Hurricane Ike.
