Return of a community tradition: Bellaire Arts & Crafts Fest seeks exhibitors
It’s been nearly a decade since its booths graced the city, but the Bellaire Arts and Crafts Festival was not forgotten. And now it’s being revived by the city’s Culture & Arts Board, which is sponsoring the event from 11 a.m.-5 p.m. Nov. 9 at Evelyn’s Park, along with the park conservancy.
