Thirty-two St. Thomas’ Episcopal students have been named AP Scholars by the College Board, following their performance on the college-level Advanced Placement Program Exams.
Ashley Griffin, Amit Koduri, Gibran Shaikh and Michael Weylandt qualified for the National AP Scholar Award by earning a grade of 4 or higher on eight or more exams.
Emily Aven, Catherine Calvert, Joseph Doyle, Mary Frances Dunlap, Travis Evert, Anna Hanzelka, Anne Marie Kenny, and James Millikan qualified for the AP Scholar with Distinction Award by earning an average grade of at least 3.5 on all AP Exams taken and grades of 3 or higher on five or more of these exams.
Kirtan Brahmbhatt, Emily Chase, Tyler Folse, Lorraine Hotze, Teresa Isensee, Brian Matthews and Amad Qadeer qualified for the AP Scholar with Honor Award by earning an average grade of at least 3.25 on all AP Exams taken, and grades of 3 or higher on four or more of these exams.
Ryan Alam, Catherine Bishop, Eleina Faber, Catherine Finley, Carl Hannusch, Emily Heerensperger, Alexander Houthuijzen, Frances Marshall, Marycarmen McMurray, Stratton Meyer, Lori Taffet, Lauren Tulio and Amelia Wong qualified for the AP Scholar Award by completing three or more AP Examinations, and grades of 3 or higher.
