Country music star Max Flinn will return to his hometown of Bellaire Friday to play the free, outdoor Party at the Pavilion.

His concert will start at 7 p.m. on the Great Lawn at Bellaire Town Square, 7008 S. Rice Ave. Holy Smoke Cookers will be providing free hotdogs, while supplies last, and personal coolers are permitted.

Concertgoers can bring blankets or chairs and are encouraged to keep a safe physical distance and to mask up.

Flinn

Flinn is an alumnus of Bellaire HS, where he quarterbacked the football team, and of the University of Houston. He’s steadily built his career in country music since committing to perform and write four years ago. His most recent collection, “Meant To Be,” was described in the Houston Press as displaying “not only Flinn’s classic country vocal stylings, but his ability to toe the line between the old school storytelling and the more modern sounds of popular country.”

The Party at the Pavilion series is sponsored by the city of Bellaire and the Patrons for Bellaire Parks.
