Water Floods Bellaire Boulevard In West U

It wasn’t the light rain around 2 p.m. today that caused a river of water to flood a portion of Bellaire Boulevard. A water main leak forced City of Houston crews to drain fire hydrants so they could repair an underground pipe that burst.
