The Weekley Family YMCA is offering a Holiday Trimmings Club in an effort to kick off a healthy start to the holiday season.
The Holiday Trimmings Club will begin on Nov. 18 and Nov. 20 with weigh-ins, body fat analysis, blood pressure screenings and body comp measurements. Wellness staff representatives will be available all day.
Members can also take part in other wellness programs including FitLinxx, group exercise classes, small group training and personal training, among other things.
Final weigh-in and measurements will take place on Thursday, Jan. 6 and Jan. 8.
The top three percentages of body fat lost in the men’s and women’s divisions will win prizes.
- 1st prize - Free One Year Membership – an $800 value.
- 2nd prize - $100 YMCA Bucks
- 3rd prize - $50 YMCA Bucks
