West U. Elementary is scheduled to reopen Monday, Sept. 29, according to the Houston Independent School District schedule. The district has acquired several large generators to power schools that still do not have electricity by Sept. 29.
High School, Pershing Middle School, Pin Oak Middle School, T.H. Rogers and Mark Twain Elementary opened reopened Tuesday, Sept. 23.
