West U Mayor Pro Tem Elected President Of Harris County Mayor's And Council's Association

Mayor Pro Tem Bob Fry was recently elected president of the HCMCA.
West U City Council Mayor Pro Tem Bob Fry has recently been elected president of the Harris County Mayors and Councils Association for 2010-2011.
Comprised of municipal elected officials, HCMCA was established in 1941 for the purpose of presenting a unified program to solve problems common to the participating cities in the county.
HCMCA promotes the general welfare of the communities in Harris County and creates a better understanding between cities and other governmental entities. Most cities in the county are members as well as a number of Harris County officials.
Among its important functions is to appoint representatives to some of the region’s important boards and commissions.
Fry is currently serving his second term as Mayor Pro Tem on the city council.
