The West U Parks and Recreation Department will be hosting a “Health & Wellness Fair” at the Recreation Center, 4210 Bellaire Blvd., on Wednesday November 5, from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Staying informed about wellness issues can help anybody make better decisions on how to lead a healthier lifestyle.
The West University Place Parks and Recreation Department and surrounding community offers numerous options to help stay fit and healthy throughout the year. The Health & Wellness fair will offer a sampling of demonstrations, informational booths vendors and consultants that include Vitamins and Such, Whole Foods, Houstonian Dental, Moya Varner “Nutrition Specialist,” doTerra Essential Oils, and many more!
West U Residents will also be eligible to win prizes throughout the event.
