West U Police arrested a 21-year-old Houston resident on June 29 for driving without a driver’s license.
Victor Reyes was pulled over for speeding in the 4200 block of Bissonnet.
Reyes was unable to provide police with identification. He did not have a driver’s license or proof of insurance.
He was arrested, posted bond and released from jail.
