Police were called to the 4100 block of Albans because a man was knocking on doors, trying to sell magazine subscriptions.
Kerrien Williams, a 21-year-old Oak Park, Mich. resident, was arrested for soliciting without a permit.
Police were also called to the 2600 block of Carolina Way because a man was attempting to sell magazine subscriptions.
Shawn Gatling, a 37-year-old Richmond, Va. resident, was arrested for soliciting without a permit.
Both men paid a fine and were released from jail.
