West U Police Investigate Hit And Run In Kirby Parking Lot

West U police are investigating a hit and run that occurred on Oct. 8 in a parking lot in the 5600 block of Kirby.
An unknown person backed into a vehicle in the parking lot and failed to stop and give information.
The damaged vehicle was a 2010 Chevy SUV and had a dent in the bumper, police said.
A witness was able to provide police with a partial plate number.
