A West U resident, who was being investigated for sexual assault of a child involving a family member, turned himself in to police this morning.
The 59-year-old Milton Street resident allegedly sexually assaulted his 17-year-old granddaughter between the ages of 6 and 9, police said.
The man was charged with two counts of aggravated sexual assault and one charge of indecency with a child.

In this case, publishing his name could lead to disclosure of the victim’s name. They generally try to protect the names of underage victims, particularly in this type of case.

I’m guessing the victim is 17 now, and recently reported being molested between the ages of 6 and 9. If Grandpa is guilty, I hope he rots in prison.
