West U Resident Has Jewelry Box Stolen From Home

A West U resident reported to police that a jewelry box, containing nine pieces of jewelry, was stolen from a bedroom closet in the 2700 block of Cason on May 15.
The resident suspects that a hired service person stole the jewelry box.
On May 11, a window was broken on a vehicle in the 2700 block of Albans, but nothing was stolen. The resident also reported to West U police that his garage door was partially up and he remembered closing it on May 10.
On May 11, a resident reported to police that he has been receiving recorded phone calls from an unknown caller every 15 min. He can’t understand what the recorded message is saying. AT&T was contacted to trace the calls.
On May 14, an IBM laptop and Apple iPad were stolen from a vehicle parked in a parking lot in the 2600 block of Bissonnet. There are currently no witnesses and no suspects for this incident.
