West U Residents Report Car Burglaries To Police

Several items were stolen from vehicles in West U between Sept. 29 and Oct. 2.
An unknown suspect stole a radar detector and an iPod from two vehicles in an attached garage of a home in the 3300 block of Plumb.
The resident said the incident occurred between 9 p.m. on Sept. 28 and 9 a.m. on Sept. 29.
One of the doors on the three car garage was left open and the vehicles were unlocked, police said.
On Oct. 1, a power washer was stolen from a garage in the 3600 block of Tangley.
On Oct. 2, a lap top, an iPad and an iPod were stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the 3100 block of Albans.
