West U Residents Report Stolen Bicycle, Identity Theft To Police

West U residents reported a stolen bicycle and identity theft to police from Oct. 27-29.
These incidents were reported to the West University Police Department from Oct. 27-29:
On Oct. 27, a resident reported that an unknown person stole a bicycle from a garage in the 2800 block of Wroxton.
On Oct. 27, a resident reported that an unknown person passed two forged checks at the Bank of America located within the city of West University Place.
On Oct. 29, an unknown person used a resident’s personal information to make fake checks and cash them at various stores. The suspect used the resident’s checking account number and driver’s license number on the checks, police said.
