West U Residents Report Unauthorized Tree Cutting, Stolen Wallets

West U residents reported several incidents to police from Oct. 10-16.
These incidents were reported to West U police from Oct. 10 to Oct. 16:
On Oct. 10, an unknown person forced entry into a garage apartment in the 3000 block of Rice.
Police were not able to locate any suspects and nothing was taken from the residence.
On Oct. 15, a resident reported that an unknown person has been cutting limbs off of two of their oak trees in the 4000 block of Case.
On Oct. 15, a resident reported that someone has been charging a small monthly fee to her credit card since May of 2007.
On Oct. 16, an unknown person stole a wallet and cash from an unlocked vehicle in the 4200 block of Sunset.
The resident found her wallet, with a couple hundred dollars missing, on her neighbor’s lawn, police said.
