For the first time since 2008, the West University Little League Senior 15-16 team will not be competing for a World championship at the Senior World Series in Bangor, Maine.
The Seniors, led by manager Clint Sauls, saw their shortest postseason run in five years come to an end last week when the Seniors, who were the Texas East State Senior champions, dropped a 9-0 verdict to the Texas West state champions in the finals of the Southwest Regionals in Seguin.
