It is crucial for a professional to follow the trends and stay on top of new information when listing your home. With mortgage rates increasing, rising home prices and the inventory of homes for sale growing, today’s housing market can be hard to evaluate. What worked 3-6 months ago may not be working in today’s market.

Pricing your home RIGHT from the beginning will bring the highest price in the least amount of time. Pricing a listing correctly requires market expertise and an unbiased eye to enhance marketability and maximize price. A professional knows how to set the right price for your house.
