February 2019: Dreary month for Bellaire, West U housing markets

Home sales went into a slump in Bellaire and West University in February over last year, according to figures supplied monthly to Essentials by the Houston Association of Realtors. Home sales way off but prices solid in November

As 2018 wound down, home sales in West University and Bellaire took a sharp drop — but prices were a different matter.
